What You'll Do:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Take Ownership of the Table: Own the entire guest journey from first greeting to final farewell鈥攖aking the order, firing courses, guiding guests through the menu, and orchestrating seamless service at every table in your section.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Master the Menu: Maintain expert knowledge of every dish, its ingredients, and preparation, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering guest questions with authority.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deliver Expert Wine & Liquor Service: Guide guests through the wine list and spirits selection, execute proper bottle and beverage service, and make confident pairings that elevate the meal.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay Guest-Focused: Create memorable guest experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal, returning guests, staying connected to feedback and seeking out every opportunity to make each visit better than the last.
