About The Job

  • Lead complex, end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) innovation projects that drive brand and sales growth.

  • Serve as the “air traffic controller” across Marketing, R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.

  • Manage project risks, priorities, timelines, and key decisions to keep programs moving quickly and efficiently.

  • Use agility, problem-solving, and simplification to remove roadblocks and help teams make smart trade-offs.

  • Drive NPD process improvements across innovation, product optimization, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Mentor and develop Project Management talent while strengthening collaboration and accountability across teams.

  • Demonstrate a challenger mindset by questioning complexity, acting with integrity, and helping create an ambitious and collaborative culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the project strategy in alignment with the functional partners to deliver critical aspects of each project on time: scope, schedules, risks mitigation, budget & resources; Provides Project Reporting and KPIs as required

  • Lead project kick-offs, workshops and regular meetings to effective project execution; structure team discussions and escalations that drive timely decision making within the team

  • Represent the project team in global/regional governance and project/portfolio reviews.

  • Leverage technology to proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders, enter key information into tracking systems on time, and summarize performance/risks.

  • Maintain Project- and Portfolio-Management-Systems Weekly: data entry, updating and accuracy

  • Conduct after-action reviews and continuous process improvements assessments 

  • Assess organizational capabilities and team mindset driving improvement to the way we work cross functional. Deliver project execution improvements. 
     

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and PMP certification preferred.

  • 8+ years of CPG New Product Innovation Project Management experience, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Experience within regulated industries such as Pharma, OTC, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Consumer Health, or Food Supplements.

  • Experience supporting NDA and 510(k) related projects; Manufacturing, R&D, or Regulatory experience is preferred.

  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, R&D, and Business Development.

  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

  • Comfortable working in complex, decentralized environments, interacting with VP to C-Suite leadership, and bringing an entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
