Work under the direction of the Manager of Construction Projects to develop, implement and manage projects including new construction and renovations in existing hospital space.
- Manage multiple projects across various Atlantic Health sites.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget, monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate with end users, architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors throughout the design process to facilitate planning, design, and completion of construction documents.
- Coordinate plan approval submission to Department of Health, Department of Community Affairs and other regulatory agencies or town required submissions as necessary.
- Prepare requests for construction bids, analyze and level bids.
- Take the lead in coordinating construction within the hospital or facility and act as liaison to end users and internal departments.
- Observe construction activity for multiple projects daily, evaluate progress, workmanship and communicate concerns to contractors.
- Coordinate construction completion, Owner FF&E deployment, DOH Surveys and Occupancy.
- Receive Close Out documentation and turnover to internal departments.
