At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of two of our hotel facilities. In this critical leadership role, you will be the primary guardian of our physical properties—taking charge of all vital systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and leading your team to ensure the entire hotel remains in flawless, top-tier working condition.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the maintenance of two hotel facilities, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly.
• Manage a team of engineers, assigning tasks and supervising maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets for maintenance operations and track expenses.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of equipment and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and assist with troubleshooting.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments.
