Description

Reports directly to the Maintenance Director on site.

The Maintenance Assistant position will be in a skilled nursing setting and is responsible for assisting Director with daily general and preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds, completing daily maintenance logs, and customer service.

Help maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Occasionally pick up parts needed for general maintenance.

Active drivers license and current auto insurance required.

Salary: $18.86 per hour to start DOE

Must be able to pass a background check, reference checks, back screen, physical & TB.

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, twisting, Kneeling, crouching, bending.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.

Previous experience required.
