Rogall + Co. is hiring an experienced Painter to help protect and beautify homes across California's Central Coast. If you take pride in a clean line and a finish that lasts, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

Prep and paint residential exteriors and interiors to a high standard
Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings that stand up to the coast
Diagnose surface conditions and prep correctly so the finish lasts
Represent Rogall + Co. professionally in customers' homes
Mentor apprentices and help uphold our quality standards

What we're looking for

2+ years of professional painting experience
Strong prep, cutting-in, and finish skills
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and great with homeowners
Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday–Friday

Pay & benefits

$23–36 per hour, depending on experience and skill

Schedule & location: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours. Based in Morro Bay, CA, serving San Luis Obispo County and the Central Coast.
