Role Overview

As an Audit Manager, you’ll work directly with clients, staff, and partners on a variety of client engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage audit engagements, including planning, scheduling, and setting engagement details
  • Hold engagement teams to high accounting and auditing quality standards
  • Review staff workpapers and audit documentation to maintain accuracy and quality
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and staff development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure successful engagement completion

At F&K, you’ll gain broad exposure across industries rather than being placed into a narrow niche, while growing alongside a collaborative team and an actively evolving firm.


Qualifications

  • Active CPA License required
  • Public accounting audit experience with increasing responsibility
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within approximately two hours of the office
  • Availability to work extended hours during busy seasons

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, salaried position with bonuses
  • Hybrid schedule available, typically within the first 6–12 months
