Role Overview
As an Audit Senior, you’ll work directly with clients, managers, and partners on a variety of engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments. You’ll take an active role in audit planning, execution, staff development, and client communication while continuing to strengthen your technical and leadership skills.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with audit planning, risk assessments, and engagement completion
- Perform and review audit procedures, workpapers, and financial documentation
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and support engagement needs
- Train, mentor, and support staff accountants during engagements
- Collaborate with managers, partners, and team members to ensure quality and timely completion of work
- Apply critical thinking and technical audit knowledge to identify issues and recommend solutions

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
- Willingness to travel to client sites within approximately two hours of the office
- Availability to work extended hours during busy seasons
Nice to Have
- CPA license or active progress toward certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, salaried position with bonuses
- Hybrid schedule available, typically within the first 6–12 months
