Who We Are

Fulton & Kozak is where STAFF want to come and thrive, CLIENTS are confident in our superior service, and as a FIRM, we continually grow in professional expertise and quality.

We’re a full-service accounting, assurance, and advisory firm with over 40 years of experience serving individuals and businesses from our office in Morrow, Georgia. As a growing mid-sized firm, we combine the knowledge of a seasoned team with the personal connection of a close-knit workplace.

What You’ll Learn and Do

As an Audit Staff Accountant, you’ll work directly with managers and partners on a variety of client engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments. You’ll gain hands-on experience with multiple phases of the audit process, build a strong foundation in assurance services, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.

We’re a great fit for those who want to grow with a team and a firm that’s actively evolving. • Developing technical audit knowledge and critical thinking skills
  • Communicating clearly with clients and team members
  • Taking initiative in learning and applying feedback to improve your work
  • Making steady progress toward CPA licensure

We’re primarily seeking recent or soon-to-be graduates from university accounting programs who are ready to launch their careers in public accounting. However, if you're further along or following a different path and believe this role fits your skills and goals, we’d love to hear from you.
