Assist in improvement opportunities.
Assist in training and cross-training team members.
Record and order inventory and supplies.
Perform safety inspections ensuring safety of all team members.

Qualifications

1+ year leadership experience required.
Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
