What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare raw ingredients and keep production moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing raw ingredients for production
- Moving pallets, ingredient carts, and product throughout the department
- Operating and working safely around production equipment
- Assisting with material handling and product flow
- Following production procedures and work instructions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Supporting teammates to meet daily production goals
- Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Participating in our Safety & Quality Excellence (SQE) Program
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Positive, dependable, and safety-focused
- Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires:
- Standing for 8+ hour shifts
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement
- Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 75 pounds with assistance when required)
- Pushing and pulling loaded pallets and product carts
- Working in refrigerated, cold, and wet production environments
