Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders. Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation. Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
