SALARY & BENEFITS
Expected Hiring Range: $105,000–$130,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Â

Position Summary:Â
The HR Manager is employed by Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. and is responsible for leading all human resources functions in support of the Inland Family of Companies, including Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc., ITC Services, Inc., and Inland Tarp & Liner, LLC. Leading all aspects of HR including recruitment, talent development, compliance, total rewards, payroll, and employee relations, this role ensures seamless coordination and alignment of HR functions for our diverse geographic locations across the US. With a strategic approach, this role ensures alignment between human capital strategies and business goals while fostering a positive and cohesive workplace culture. By providing guidance and leveraging data-driven insights, the HR manager plays a crucial role in driving organizational success and effectiveness.Â
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives utilizing industry trends and best practices in HR management to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Conduct workforce planning activities, including analyzing staffing needs, developing compensation and total rewards packages, and implementing initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Lead talent development efforts, including performance management, training and development programs, and succession planning to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee payroll processing, including ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations, managing payroll systems, resolving payroll discrepancies, and coordinating with finance and accounting departments for timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and overseeing HR-related reporting and audits as necessary.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Partner with organizational leaders to address organizational needs and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including benefits administration, compensation, training, employee engagement, and career development opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong vendor relationships for our HRIS, 401k, ESOP, contract labor, worker compensation, and health benefits to ensure effective service delivery and maximize value for employees and the organization.
- Manage workers' compensation programs, including claims administration, compliance with state regulations, return to work programs, and coordination with insurance providers to ensure timely resolution and effective risk management strategies.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for a formal education.
- HR certification preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resource management roles.Â
- A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.Â
- Experience managing HR in multi-state or multi-location environment preferred.Â
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
