Job DetailsJob Location: Mosinee, WI 54455 Step into a leadership role at Crystal Finishing Systems where precision meets people and every day brings an opportunity to improve, teach, and lead. General Summary: As the Production Supervisor for our Anodizing team, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across operations. Reporting to the Anodize Manager, you’ll oversee daily scheduling, support employees, and maintain production excellence from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing: Direct daily workflow to ensure production goals are consistently met Communicate with team members to ensure full understanding of customer specs and product standards Address quality issues swiftly and collaborate with department leadership on resolutions Be the go-to person for team members — offering guidance on policies, expectations, and day-to-day concerns Align schedules and priorities with the production scheduler and department manager Work with leads to confirm all required materials and equipment are in place and functioning Ensure quality checks are completed properly and documented per company guidelines Train new employees thoroughly and set them up for success Recommend changes to improve policies, streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve output Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department Provide constructive feedback and support employee performance reviews Represent the team during customer tours and company events QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: This is more than just supervision — it’s about showing up as a coach, problem-solver, and teammate.
