CTI has basketball and volleyball courts, batting cages, training turf, weight area, cardio room, golf simulators, hockey training center, and more – all available to you when working at CTI!

You will be working in an industrial outpatient physical/occupational therapy setting. We see patients from all over our community, all ages, all careers, and different injuries. You will see your knowledge and confidence working with patients blossom as you work with our talented team of therapists and athletic trainers. Our goal is to allow you to become your best self as a therapist through continued education and mentorship with our team!

You will utilize your skills towards evaluation of patients and first aid cases. We see our patients with a frequency of 2x weekly for about 4-6 weeks pending progress towards patient goals. We operate under the viewpoint of Applied Functional Science, always reassessing patients through mobility and stability and the 10 observational essentials. Patient goals and function will ALWAYS be the priority with us!

Requirements:

-Current state licensure in the state of Wisconsin or national compact by the first day of employment

-A passing score in the Federation of State Boards of Occupational Therapy

-Current CPR First Aid AED BLS certification

-Successful completion of an OT program from an accredited institute in good standings

-Demonstrated competence in occupational therapy interventions

-A motivated attitude that yearns to continually learn and expand your knowledge in the OT setting

-A strong desire to help patients reach their potential and work hard

-Thriving communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (may be flexible depending on caseload)
Full time or part time positions available!

Must be willing to travel locally.
