This position will help ensure a standardized approach to all Terminal Services maintenance activities, provide project support, serve as equipment Subject Matter Experts (SME), and support the development of Terminal Services Technicians. This position will be within the Mechanical & Vapor Control Services (M&VCS) organization in Logistics and Storage Terminals. This position can be located at any Terminal within our Mid-South, Southeast or Louisiana Terminal areas

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance programs using best practices and reliability strategies.

  • Leads asset health reviews, engaging with cross-functional teams to assess risk and resolve reliability issues.

  • Provides technical reviews, advances technology utilization, and establishes specifications for new and modified equipment.

  • Supports the development of remote performance and condition monitoring systems.

  • Analyzes equipment condition and performance for troubleshooting and optimization.

  • Leads reliability improvement projects and ensures their completion.

  • Writes and deploys guidelines, standards, and specifications for reliability improvements.

  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders to support collaborative planning and workload execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Four (4) years of related experience required.

Requirements

  • Travel requirement is up to 25%.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • The successful candidate is required to obtain a TWIC with company funding.
