Cleaner - Lead

Looking for a working Part Time Lead on 2nd shift

Monday thru Friday 5:00pm to 10:000pm 

Will be required to Walk to other building across the street and needs to be able to go up and down stairs throughout the day. 

Employee needs to represent CST in a professional matter. They will be very visible to the customer.

Need to stay a hour later after the staff leaves to walk the routines and work on the hot spot areas.

Skills Required:

Must have floor tech experience (Scrubber + waxer)

Flexible hours 

Full Time:

$15.00 per hour

Janitorial Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Cafeteria
• Gym
• Training of staff
• Floor Tech (Scrubber and Waxing)
• Hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, cafeteria, break rooms and other areas.
• Replenishes paper and soap products in rest rooms, clean mirrors, showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Empties and cleans waste baskets and take trash and waste to disposal area.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums.
• Washes vents.
• Washes windows, blinds, door panels ledges and sills.
• Dusts furniture, light fixtures and equipment.
• Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other employees.
• Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
