Why You’ll Love Working Here

This is a fast-growing, well-established private practice with deep community roots. It is a second-generation practice with over 40 years of experience serving Mount Carmel, IL, backed by a proven track record of growth. Following a 2023 merger, the practice now operates from a modern, tech-enabled space designed to support both patients and providers.

The infrastructure is built around eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients, with the team averaging 27+ new patients per month and on track to collect over $2M this year. You will have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization, and shared hygienists, giving you the freedom to treat patients independently while still having seamless access to mentorship whenever you need it.

The culture here is low-drama, high-efficiency, and centered on continual clinical growth. You will work alongside a doctor who understands the needs of both new and seasoned dentists and who is committed to building your confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance, no micromanagement. The team is humble, curious, and loyal, with a reputation for being both fun and efficient while remaining serious about clinical standards. From day one, you will walk into a full schedule, a supportive team, and a clear path to partnership if that is your goal.

What We Value

  • Clinical Confidence and Quality – Your margins, diagnostics, and restorations are high quality, and very few patients return for adjustments. We hold ourselves to a high standard and expect the same from every provider on our team.

  • Humility and Curiosity – You are open to learning and feedback, and you are never afraid to admit what you don’t know. Growth-minded providers thrive in our environment.

  • Interest in Advanced Care – You are interested in growing your skills in sleep apnea solutions, cosmetics, veneers, and dentures, and you welcome opportunities to expand your scope.

  • Teamwork – You help where it’s needed and never act like you’re above anyone. Our team runs smoothly because everyone pitches in.

  • Excellent Communication with Patients – You know how to explain treatments clearly and connect with patients in the community, building trust without high-pressure tactics.

  • Optimism and Self-Motivation – You approach situations with a glass-half-full perspective and can lead yourself day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform All Basic Dental Procedures – Provide excellent general dentistry care across a full and clinically engaging schedule.

  • Develop and Execute Treatment Plans – Confidently develop and execute quadrant-based treatment plans for your patients.

  • Collaborate on Implant Cases – Work alongside the owner doctor on implant cases, with mentorship available whenever you need it.

  • Work Independently – Treat patients with complete autonomy, supported, not micromanaged, within a low-drama, high-efficiency culture.

Compensation

  • Competitive daily guarantee for the first six months

  • Paid on adjusted production (30–35%)

Benefits

We offer a benefits package designed to support your financial well-being, professional growth, and long-term security. Key offerings include:

  • CE allowance

  • Relocation Bonus

  • Health Stipend

  • 401(k)

  • Partnership Opportunity
