The infrastructure is built around eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients, with the team averaging 27+ new patients per month and on track to collect over $2M this year. You will have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization, and shared hygienists, giving you the freedom to treat patients independently while still having seamless access to mentorship whenever you need it.

What You’ll Do

• Perform All Basic Dental Procedures – Provide excellent general dentistry care across a full and clinically engaging schedule.

• Develop and Execute Treatment Plans – Confidently develop and execute quadrant-based treatment plans for your patients.

• Collaborate on Implant Cases – Work alongside the owner doctor on implant cases, with mentorship available whenever you need it.

• Work Independently – Treat patients with complete autonomy, supported, not micromanaged, within a low-drama, high-efficiency culture.

Compensation

• Competitive daily guarantee for the first six months

• Paid on adjusted production (30–35%)
