Synergy Manufacturing Group is looking for a motivated and dependable 3-Axis Laser Cutting Operator to join our growing team. If you have experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment—especially Mazak or Mitsubishi machines—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate 3-axis laser cutting machines (Mazak and Mitsubishi preferred).
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Keep material logged and organized.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Mazak or Mitsubishi experience is a strong asset).
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Familiar with Diamond Nest and Radan Cad Cam nesting software
