Sonic Summary

The job involves processing vehicle CVRS for new and used car sales, as well as handling title and registration paperwork.

Additional responsibilities include collecting taxes and fees, updating title logs, and processing vehicle renewals.

· Processing vehicle CVRS for new and used car sales

· Submitting title and registration paperwork to the DMV/Secretary of State

· Collecting and recording taxes, fees, and documentation

· Make copies of RD108s & validated RD108s

· Process renewal for all vehicles

· Check in titles and lien releases

· Update title log daily as titles come in

· Correcting title errors with the state

· Scan deal documents into the scanner

· Stamp outgoing mail & lock machine when done

· Create labels for outgoing and return UPS envelopes

· Policebooking-Sold units

· Check-out CTA deal jackets to Cadillac sales employees

· Clean your schedules

· Order toners for our copier and lunchroom copier
