Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this roleÂ
- Conducts routine inspections, testing, and manufacturer-specified preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.Â
- Fixes or replaces faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment, including clearing obstructed lines and repairing leaking fixtures.Â
- Performs daily checks and repairs on specialized equipment like nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear (wheelchairs).Â
- Manages the receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials, furniture, equipment, and files between storage and active locations.Â
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment (PPE) and completes safety checks to ensure full compliance with regulatory codes.Â
Qualifications
Must have one or more of the following:  Â
- Graduate of trade school Â
- 2 years’ experience  Â
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience Â
