We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming robotic welding systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
路 Operate robotic welding cells to produce high-quality weldments.
路 Set up, program, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment.
路 Load and unload parts while maintaining production schedules.
路 Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality specifications.
路 Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on robotic welding equipment.
路 Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings.
路 Adjust welding parameters to optimize weld quality and efficiency.
路 Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
路 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
路 Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
路 Experience with robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred).
路 Knowledge of MIG welding processes and welding parameters.
路 Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
路 Experience using precision measuring instruments.
路 Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
路 Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
路 Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
路 2+ years of robotic welding experience.
路 Robot programming and teach pendant experience.
路 Fabrication and fixture setup experience.
路 Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
