About the Role:
Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is looking for a dedicated and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Randolph, NJ! This is for a 4 year old boy. The schedule takes place in the Pre-School in Morris Plains & home in Randolph.
Schedule:   Preschool:   Monday - Friday  10:00am - 12:00pm   (Morris Plains location)
            Home:       Monday - Friday  12:15pm - 3:15pm    (Randolph location)
****MUST HAVE ABA THERAPY EXPERIENCE****

****MUST HAVE ABA THERAPY EXPERIENCE****
Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress consistently
- Work 1:1 with clients to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Prior ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is required — no exceptions
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be located in or able to commute to Randolph, NJ
