Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking three experienced Occupational Therapists to join a community-based adult social care team in West Cornwall, with coverage across the county. This role focuses on delivering optimal care while supporting our client's savings targets for 2025/26.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face assessments with a strengths-based approach to promote independence
Support individuals in reducing reliance on care packages through tailored interventions
Provide effective advice and guidance following assessments
Recommend and arrange provision of appropriate equipment and adaptations
Undertake carer’s assessments and reviews in line with statutory and operational standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver person-centred care
Manage a caseload with flexibility in how cases are distributed across the team

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration
Experience working in community settings, preferably within Adult Social Care
Ability to conduct face-to-face visits each week
Strong understanding of equipment provision, housing adaptations, and carer support
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to promoting independence and wellbeing
