Facilitates recreation and event activities. Provides transportation to youth and supervision in the office and in the community.  Knowledge about community resources and services are required.  Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served and demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served.  He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.   STEPS is an after-school program that will also run through the summer serving youth in the Mount Holly area. It is prevention focused and activities include social skills development, academic achievement, emotional and behavioral stability, referral to local community providers, recreational activities and events in the area, career exploration and job skills, health and wellness activities, and technology and digital literacy.   Hours Full Time; Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.    This Full Time position includes the following benefits: 3.2 weeks of Paid Time Off during the first year Medical, vision, dental and life insurance 403(b) employee participation and employer match 9 Agency-paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employment Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a social science area with three years of experience in the direct care and/or training of children with behavioral problems; or High School diploma with five years of relevant experience.  Your driver's license must be in good standing with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years and no recent license suspensions.   Legacy Treatment Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.   #LTS456
