Responsible for the inside support for the corporate contacts at the assigned National Accounts. Support a designated National Account Sales Manager/Executive and provide the day-to-day support needs to include: projects, rollouts, pre-packs, new location openings, quoting, sourcing, reporting, orders, ordering samples, and all miscellaneous support requests. Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years similar experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of similar experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication, and time management skills. Preferred: Bachelors Degree, One year of experience in Food Service industry in an office setting, SAP experience, AutoQuotes experience and Advanced Excel user with experience in building spreadsheets, pivot tables, and v-lookups, experience handling sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality. Essential duties include providing world class service to Corporate Contacts at assigned National Accounts, being subject matter expert on assigned National Accounts and their program with Don, researching and finding new items to meet the program initiatives, preparing formal quotes in AutoQuotes and Excel, setting up vendors, NMR's, and contracts, working with National Accounts Sales to ensure coordination and on-time completion of projects, utilizing in house reporting tools & SAP for reporting needs, coordinating corporate customer logistics, researching and resolving corporate customer problems, maintaining Order Guides, Web Templates and Opening Templates, assisting in order placement and product check in for pre-packs and rollouts, coordinating special projects with Supply Chain Management, interacting with vendors on contracts, quotes, item setup, stocking levels, and custom items, working with National Accounts Credit Team on account setups, troubleshooting and resolving internal and external customer issues, managing, researching, and processing correspondence from National Account customers and National Account Sales, staying current on contract changes, building relationships and fostering sales opportunities with corporate level customers, and performing other duties as assigned.
