Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Agronomy Applicator to join our Mt. Horeb agronomy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating modern equipment, and helping local farmers succeed through the accurate application and delivery of agronomy products. What You'll Do Apply crop protection products and fertilizers safely and accurately using custom application equipment. Operate sprayers, spreaders, tenders, and other agronomy equipment. Deliver seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products to customers. Complete application records, maps, logs, and compliance documentation. Assist with soil sampling, field scouting, tissue sampling, and related agronomy services. Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. Assist with loading, receiving, blending, and inventory management activities. Support additional agronomy and cooperative operations during peak seasons. Provide excellent customer service while representing Premier Cooperative in a professional manner. QualificationsQualifications Agricultural experience preferred but not required. Valid CDL or ability to obtain and maintain. Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain and maintain. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work extended seasonal hours when needed. Must remain insurable under company insurance programs.
