Environmental Administrative Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support our Environmental Department in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping critical processes running smoothly.  Individual will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance efforts, coordinating reporting activities, and ensuring the integrity of environmental documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including the DEQ, making strong communication skills essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate environmental reporting, documentation, and regulatory submissions 
  • Monitor tank compliance systems and maintain accurate records 
  • Schedule inspections, services, and department activities 
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Environmental Department

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment      
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
  • Clear, professional communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to regulatory requirements 
  • Familiarity with DEQ regulations or environmental compliance processes a plus

Hours for the position are Monday-Friday 7 AM – 4 PM.
