Description

   

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting our customers, technicians, and management team to ensure every propane installation or service calls are scheduled efficiently. Your work directly supports our mission to provide reliable propane service solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate incoming work requests and build daily and weekly technician schedules
  • Communicate with technicians, customers, and management to prioritize and track service  calls
  • Adjust and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes to keep operations on track
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, updates, and completion timelines
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Hours of this position are Monday – Friday, 7 AM—5 PM
