Warehouse Attendant

Description

Our warehouse is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Individual will be responsible for handling the warehouse's inventory, assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, and ensuring that it is properly stored.  

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming stock and materials

- Load and unload trucks

- Organize and maintain inventory

- Inspect products for defects and damages

- Review bills of lading for accuracy

- Operate a forklift to move or store inventory

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Fill fuel cylinders as needed

- Deliver items as needed

-Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Prior experience in a warehouse using a forklift preferred, but not required

- Ability to lift up to 75lbs

- Attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Basic computer skills

-Clean driving record

Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4 pm

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour. Higher starting rates may be considered based on relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications.
