Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Forklift Operator, you will be utilizing a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish product from trucks, containers, or bulk locations within the warehouse. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match and a monthly bonus opportunity!

Schedule and Compensation

1st Shift: Monday through Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm

Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour.

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 11:30am to 8:00pm

Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Job Details

What to expect as a Forklift Operator:

Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish product from trucks, containers, or bulk locations within the warehouse.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Willingness to be cross trained in different departments.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
One-year of Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker experience preferred
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
Ability to work at various heights safely, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
Ability to operate an electronic handheld scanner and tablet
Must be punctual with a demonstrated attendance record
Flexible to work overtime; including weekends
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
