Position Summary
Parker McCay P.A. is looking for legal assistants to work with clients, attorneys and other staff on Pennsylvania foreclosure actions- both pre-judgment and post-judgment- in its Mount Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidates will have direct or very closely related experience, excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

Essential Functions
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the below:
- Drafting documents including pleadings
- Filing and recording (electronic and conventional)
- Navigating client management systems, ICE (BKFS/LPS), Tempo etc., and completing daily processing tasks
- Maintaining client/case files
- Corresponding with and updating clients
- Organizing and maintaining a calendar to adhere to all legal and client deadlines
- All other related duties as assigned to support departmental needs
Requirements
Requirements include, but are not limited to the below:
- Pennsylvania foreclosure experience experience (or very closely related experience)
- Proficiency in ICE (BKFS/LPS), Tempo etc.
- Key skills include: critical thinking, effective written and spoken communications, interpersonal skills and organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of files/multi-task/adaptability
- Attention to detail
