Sonic Summary

The position offers a pay rate of $35+/hr for evening shifts from 2pm to 10pm, requiring every other weekend and four shifts a week.
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team in a Long Term Care home located in Mt. Morris.
Candidates must have an active LPN license in good standing and current CPR/BLS certification, along with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred, and the role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with wound care and daily living activities.
Nurses will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, educate patients and families, and follow infection control standards.

Pay Rate: $35+/hr
Evenings (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend and 4 shifts a week required

Requirements

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions
• Follow infection control standards and facility policies

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
