CNC Operator- 2nd or 3rd Shift

Milacron is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Mount Orab, Ohio! 

**2nd (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) available, with training completed on 1st shift (7am-3pm).

Work You'll Do:

• Set up and operate the grinding machine according to specifications of the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints or design schematics to understand the project requirements.
• Select and install the appropriate tools and equipment needed for the grinding process.
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, material feed, and path of the cut.
• Monitoring the machine while it's running to ensure its functioning properly and to prevent errors or malfunctions.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure its longevity and safety.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the grinding process.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related experience or training: or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and read blueprints
• Experience with precision tools like Gauges, Calipers, and micrometers
• Basic math and computer skills
