We are looking to hire Manufacturing Technician’s who will build complex electromechanical assemblies for mission-critical data center systems. This role supports the production of large chassis modules, cables, harnesses, and sub-assemblies while ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Wire, crimp, solder, and assemble cables and electromechanical units
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Perform verification and functional testing per specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair defects to IPC-620 and workmanship standards
- Support assembly instruction development and production tooling improvements
- Maintain steady workflow on progressive assembly lines
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant electromechanical assembly experience
- Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Experience with hand tools (calipers, torque wrenches, test equipment)
- Strong wiring, crimping, and cable assembly expertise
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
