We are looking to hire Manufacturing Technician’s who will build complex electromechanical assemblies for mission-critical data center systems. This role supports the production of large chassis modules, cables, harnesses, and sub-assemblies while ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Wire, crimp, solder, and assemble cables and electromechanical units
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Perform verification and functional testing per specifications
Troubleshoot and repair defects to IPC-620 and workmanship standards
Support assembly instruction development and production tooling improvements
Maintain steady workflow on progressive assembly lines
Train and assist team members as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workstation

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of relevant electromechanical assembly experience
Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills
Experience with hand tools (calipers, torque wrenches, test equipment)
Strong wiring, crimping, and cable assembly expertise
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
