Do You Make a Great First Impression?

HealthCARE Express is looking for a dependable, upbeat individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

As the first person our patients interact with, you'll help set the tone for their entire visit. You'll welcome patients, verify demographic and insurance information, answer incoming calls, collect payments, respond to questions, and maintain accurate patient records. You'll also work closely with the clinical team to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, stays organized, communicates well, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is helpful but not required. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Schedule and Pay

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays
• 30+ hours per week
