Midway Mechanical Services is building a best-in-class national estimating team and is seeking a high-output Commercial HVAC Remodel Estimator. This role is focused on producing accurate, high-margin estimates across national remodel projects.

While there is opportunity to grow into client-facing or sales responsibilities over time, this is not required. We are equally focused on candidates who want to specialize and excel in commercial estimating.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: ~$60,000 (flexible based on experience)
Performance Compensation: ~$20,000+ based on wins and margin

What You’ll Do

Produce accurate, high-margin commercial HVAC remodel estimates
Estimate scopes including duct, grilles, air curtains, RTUs, labor, travel, and materials
Perform takeoffs from plans, photos, and surveys
Manage bids, vendors, and timelines
Identify risks and drive profitability
Leverage tools and AI to improve speed and consistency

What We’re Looking For

HVAC estimating experience (remodels preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing
Detail-oriented, high-output, margin-focused mindset
Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently

Start as a high-output estimator. Over time, you may choose to expand into client interaction or sales, or continue building deep expertise in estimating. Both paths are valued.
