Our Auto Value Automotive store in Mt Pleasant, MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position. Dispatching is a fast past position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience and or knowledge is encouraged in an applicant. Must be able to manage 3-4 people during your shift.  * Monday - Friday. Includes one Saturday per month.  Job Responsibilities: •    Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Driver •    Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations, to get them out on schedule •    Provide Driver support •    Resolution of Customer concerns and issues •    Provide information with documentation for invoicing •    Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally. •    Responsible for that vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed. •    Cover the Store Counter position when needed •    Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts Skills and Knowledge Required: •    Strong Computer Skills •    Highly effective Communication through multiple avenues •    Handle high-stress situations in a professional manner with a Customer Service Attitude •    The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently •    Understand how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment •    Strong individual work ethic and team player mentality.
