Nursery Leader

Job DetailsJob Location: SC - Mount Pleasant - Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Plant knowledge and passion to help customers with their garden or landscaping needs, Customer-service driven and a critical eye to notice when customers need assistance or merchandise needs attention. Creativity to display plants and garden accessories to demonstrate design ideas, Care with tending to our lush plants, shrubs, trees and Complete Cashier, Sales Associate and Department Head duties as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 year of retail experience in a garden center or nursery. Lead or supervisory experience a big plus. Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software. Epicor (point-of-sale) and Microsoft Office experience are highly desired. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail. Available to work some evenings and at least one weekend day. Physical requirements: work outside in summer/winter temperatures, standing or walking during shift, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, etc.
