As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.  Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Educaiton or related field, preferred
• Strong Social-Emotional Skills and a Positive Discipline MindsetAble to guide children with empathy, set clear boundaries with kindness, and foster a nurturing environment that encourages self-regulation and respect.
• Developmentally Appropriate Instructional SkillsUnderstands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success.
• Collaborative and Reflective ApproachWorks well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each child’s growth and classroom community.
