Responsibilities

Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and vacation objectives
Provide guidance on destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, accommodations, and travel experiences
Research travel options and present recommendations based on client needs and budgets
Assist with coordinating reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
Share booking confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
Support clients with itinerary adjustments, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
Review reservations and travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
Track upcoming departures and assist with finalizing travel plans
Maintain detailed client profiles, communication records, and trip information within company systems
Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client travel experiences
Participate in ongoing training programs, destination education, and professional development opportunities
