What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor production equipment while following established work instructions
  • Manufacture products that meet WillowWood's high quality standards
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Record production information accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required-we're willing to train motivated individuals
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
