What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll work as part of our Custom Fabrication team to manufacture and assemble custom prosthetic products while following established quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform hands-on production and fabrication work
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, grind, sand, trim, drill, and finish materials
  • Assemble and fabricate products according to work instructions and customer specifications
  • Safely lift and move molds up to 30-50 lbs
  • Operate production equipment and machinery after receiving proper training
  • Measure materials and components to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Learn different production processes through hands-on training and cross-training
  • Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals
  • Perform other production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, production, construction, fabrication, automotive, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using or willing to learn how to use hand and power tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and production processes
