What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll work as part of our Custom Fabrication team to manufacture and assemble custom prosthetic products while following established quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform hands-on production and fabrication work
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, grind, sand, trim, drill, and finish materials
- Assemble and fabricate products according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Safely lift and move molds up to 30-50 lbs
- Operate production equipment and machinery after receiving proper training
- Measure materials and components to ensure accuracy
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Learn different production processes through hands-on training and cross-training
- Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals
- Perform other production duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, construction, fabrication, automotive, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
- Comfortable using or willing to learn how to use hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and production processes
