Production and Assembly Operators

We also produce large-scale ovens for industrial curing applications. We have recently enjoyed substantial growth from the sale of projects involving large and complex coating systems. Reliant products are used throughout North America by customers like Altec, Rawlings, and SpaceX. Job Responsibilities:

Strong work ethic required
Pulling and packing parts and components
Assembly using hand tools and power tools
Basic computer knowledge to run CNC machinery
Crating, palleting and woodworking
Using precision tooling to ensure quality standards are met
Safety compliance

Required Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate must be capable of using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and be able to repeatedly lift up to 80 lbs.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Brake Machine and Punch Press experience a plus. Carpentry and woodworking experience a plus. Prior military experience highly valued.

Hours and Schedule:

Weekends/holidays off
Full Time: 4 day/40 hour work week Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm
Frequent Friday Overtime

Pay Frequency:

Bi-weekly

Benefits:

Starting pay $18 to $25/hr depending on experience
Paid time off after 90 days
6 Company Paid Holidays
401(k) - Eligible after 90 days - 50% employer match up to 6% of employee contribution
$1,000 Retention bonus after 180 days
Personal or family insurance through BCBS of Alabama
