What You'll Do

As a Branch Manager I, you'll lead a branch team focused on creating outstanding member experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth. You'll serve as a coach, mentor, and role model, helping your team succeed while ensuring branch goals are achieved.

Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications and will likely not exceed mid-point of range to allow for development and future increases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a single branch team to deliver exceptional member service and support.
  • Manage daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships and expand financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Harborstone in the community and help strengthen our local partnerships and community presence.

  • Knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to achieving results.

Physical Considerations

  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instructions and information.
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on job duties.
  • May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment.
  • May require stooping, bending, squatting, or reaching occasionally.
  • May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.
  • Regular travel between assigned branch locations required.
