  • Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility using proper equipment and techniques.
  • Support residents' nutritional needs, hydration, and overall comfort in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment by following all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with nurses, rehabilitation staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality resident care.
  • Accurately document resident care and participate in ongoing training, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.
