Job Summary Material Handler
DAY SHIFT聽
Must have:聽 Gloves, HV vests, safety glasses. Employees will need to bring steel-toed boots.
Current state or valid state ID.
Operating forklifts, operating balers, and manually loading tires.
聽Could convert to fulltime if in good standing after 60-90 days. The shift schedule is 12 hour shifts using the Pitman Shift Schedule.
Forklift training. Will be provided onsite.
Work directly with other peers and receive directions from Senior Project Mgr. and Project Manager. Customer Environmental engineering and quality people.

Full conversion includes full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, education, and paid uniforms plus an additional $.50/hr raise).
Responsibilities:
路 Move materials manually and via forklift. Can forklift certify if necessary.
路 Load materials into trailers and dumpsters.
路 Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
路 Sort and bale various recyclables.
路 Properly document work performed.
路 Lift objects up to 25-50lbs.
Qualifications:
路 Previous forklift experience preferred, but not necessary as training can be provided.
路 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
路 Attention to detail.
路 Must be able to work 1st shift hours.
路 High school diploma, GED, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
路 Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Shift Details:
路 The schedule rotates using a Pitman schedule: Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa one week, then Su, We, Th the following week.
路 Have every other weekend off.
路 Paid holidays.
路 Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Onboarding Process:
路 All selected candidates will be required to undergo the Cisive onboarding process before starting their employment. This process can take up to 1-2 weeks and does include a criminal check and drug screen.
Work Environment:
路 Ability to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity.
路 Work primarily takes place at a tire manufacturer with exposure to various weather conditions (heat or cold) and physical elements such as dirt, odors, and noise.
路 Environment can be dirty. Uniforms will be provided once converted to a full time employee.
路 All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided including safety boots, earplugs, gloves, etc.
