Essential Functions:   Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr  Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week. Specific dates will be discussed upon interview with the hiring manager based on banquets schedule. Key Responsibilities: Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available Requests additional supplies as necessary Follows set-up procedures Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks Greets members and guests Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Beverage Manager Responsible for set up and breakdown of bars Reports complaints to a manger as soon as they occur Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment Cleans and lock-ups according to prescribes procedures Attends staff meetings as required *The Country Club of Birmingham is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.* QualificationsJob Qualifications:  Must be 21 or older 1-2 years of bartending experience Customer-service oriented Have a positive, outgoing personality; Be organized and capable of multi-tasking Be able to work a variable schedule
