If you’re passionate about delivering awesome enterprise-level outcomes at a scale that helps transform the lives of our customers, come join the Fintech PMO as a Staff Technical Program Manager.  The Fintech PMO exists to accelerate the technology and product outcomes of the Fintech organization and across the ecosystem by improving and enabling world-class strategy, execution, and delivery. We drive for accountability and clarity while ensuring execution excellence, and empowering cross-functional teams to scale and organize for speed.

 

This role will focus on delivering high priority TurboTax consumer priorities across the Fintech organization.

What you'll bring

  • Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ years leading programs and portfolios in a software-as-a-service (Saas) development environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences including goals of program and other relevant success criteria
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management and strong capability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Result oriented team player with excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills to execute and deliver outcomes
  • Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
  • Background in Fintech money movement solutions required

How you will lead

  • Be a part of the Program Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery
  • Connect the dots across various programs to simplify the ‘why/what/how’
  • Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
  • Identify and/or simplify program level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly
  • Drive creation of execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
  • Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
  • Manage dependencies at scale through structure and right sized processes
  • Quickly and effectively and resolve the critical issues and risks. Clearly communicate actionable solutions, striking an effective balance between stakeholder needs and technical limitations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels leading to quick decisions
  • Communicate results and progress clearly and in actionable form across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $177,500.00-240,500.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
