Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting firm or a dedicated in-house tech/business transformation function.
  • Demonstrated experience driving change management, stakeholder alignment, and program governance across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with sales and commercial operating models within the hardware, consumer technology, telecommunications, or platforms space.
  • Strong practical understanding of applied AI, Generative AI, and automation tools, with the ability to identify high-impact AI use cases for commercial workflows.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders.

As a part of our team, you will serve as an experienced Business Transformation Lead, AMER, driving applied AI and workflow transformation across our Americas commercial and sales teams.

In this role, you will lead the transformation playbook, bringing together people, process, technology, and AI to reinvent how work gets done. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, management consulting, and technology execution, mapping end-to-end "from/to" journeys, defining business requirements, and aligning regional operations with global transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business transformation and requirements playbook for Americas sales and commercial organizations, defining target operating models and reimagining future-state workflows, while partnering with sales and commercial leadership to redesign workflows that combine people, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end process mapping to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and value creation opportunities, developing clear "from/to" operational blueprints.
  • Analyze complex workflows to identify where applied AI, automation, and platform capabilities fit best to augment sales teams and drive productivity.
  • Partner with global transformation teams, regional AMER sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency and alignment across global and regional roadmaps, and collaborate with PMO and program managers to establish change management strategies, governance, milestones, and success metrics to track adoption and business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders.
